Like I said, today I am supposed to post my measurements (sigh)...well, here goes:
Day 7 measurements:
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 145 lbs
Chest: 39.5"
Waist (narrowest part): 32" (yikes!)
Waist at belly button: 35" (double yikes!!)
Hips: 39.5"
I reeeally hope that by the end of Day 30, I will have some inch-loss to boast about!
